Part assessment
We assess the component's condition, damage and the supplied documentation or problem description.

RECONDITIONING / REPAIR AND TESTING
Repairing and testing existing components can restore their functionality and reduce replacement costs. The reconditioning scope is agreed after assessing the part's condition.

RECONDITIONING / ELECTRODE HOLDERS AND WELDING ARMS
We recondition damaged electrode holders and welding arms, carrying out repairs and tests to confirm their operation. We restore the functionality of existing components, helping reduce the cost of buying new parts.
We agree the scope of work after assessing the part. Repairs may include brazing and leak testing. After testing, we dispatch the component to the customer.
We assess the component's condition, damage and the supplied documentation or problem description.
We tailor the scope of work to the condition of the electrode holder or arm. Repair may include brazing.
We check functionality and leak tightness as appropriate for the design of the repaired component.
After inspection, we return the repaired component to the customer.
A photograph of the whole component, a close-up of the damage and a description of the problem help establish the feasibility and scope of reconditioning.
PRACTICAL GUIDANCE / PREPARING AN ENQUIRY
Send photographs of the whole component, its mountings and the damaged area. Describe symptoms such as leakage or an assembly problem, and provide any part reference. Photographs help establish the next steps; the repair and test scope is confirmed after examining the component.
Repair feasibility depends on the damage, material condition and component design. Following assessment, we agree the work and testing required. Comparing repair and replacement prices does not replace a technical assessment.
